Meeting and consultancy
We realize that the client’s vision for every project is important. At this stage we sit together to go through our ideas about the value if the project and the essence of the design. We also visit the location of the project to learn about, analyze the surroundings and the capabilities of the location

Step
Design stage
Once we have agreed with our clients on our vision. We will work on the primal design. Producing a concept of reality, and 3D drawings. Different mood boards are provided to complete the atmosphere of the design. This is the stage where our ideas and the clients’ ideas intersect and develop side by side.

Execution plans stage
Glory lies in the details. We will coordinate with the structure consultant and mechanical engineering consultant to pre-plan all building technical needs. We also realize that architectural details are an important part of our design. At this stage, we provide a detailed graphics document for the construction needs.

Step
Supervision
We make sure the construction is in accordance with what we have been planning. We supervise our projects and give advice from the architect’s point of view. If needed, we will also provide details drawings which will support the contractor’s shop drawing.
